What we are looking for:

Trinity Aviation is currently searching for a person to be a part of our Customer Service team.  Responsibilities include:  

  • Greet customers with a ready smile, positive energy and professional manner
  • Communicate clearly with customers and fellow team members in person, on the phone and through radio communication
  • Be responsive to the expressed and unexpressed needs of our customer and fellow team members
  • Processes information quickly and efficiently so that details are acted on
  • Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and professional work space and snack bar

Education, Experience and Eligibility Qualifications

  • Customer service/hospitality experience is required
  • Aviation experience is a plus
  • Ability to do basic math
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to pass a background check
