Job Overview

Trinity Aviation is a locally owned aviation company located at the Denton Enterprise Airport – KDTO. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Line Service Technicians. We are seeking individuals who thrive on customer satisfaction while representing Trinity Aviation in a positive and professional manner. As a member of our team you will be responsible for providing outstanding aviation ground support services to our customers by performing all facets of the ground handling operation.

Line Service Technicians work in an ever changing fast paced environment and are valuable members of our customer service team. Team members can expect to greet passengers and crew; marshal and tow aircraft for arrivals and departures; be able to operate fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, ground power units, fork lifts, service vehicles, lavatory carts, automobiles; assist with the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and catering; and shuttle passengers and crews on an as needed basis.

  • Report daily with a professional appearance, positive attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond professionally to client requests
  • Provide crews and passengers with fantastic customer experience to foster customer loyalty
  • Provide appropriate continuous assistance as necessary to ensure good customer relations with crew members and clientele
  • Properly secure all parked aircraft at all times and direct the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp including the FBO facility and hangars
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Service aircraft with all supplies and materials
  • Maintain, clean and organize ramp, hangars and facilities keeping all free of debris and clutter
  • General cleaning of aircraft and automobiles as requested
  • Perform all periodic checks of all equipment and facilities and document findings
  • Initiate emergency response procedures when required
  • Contribute and participate in any customer appreciation and promotional events, such as birthdays or anniversaries
  • Comply with all airport authority rules and regulations including AOA operations and airport security requirements.
  • Participate in continuous training including Line Service Fuel Safety Training/FAA Approved in accordance with 14 CFR Part 139.321 (b)(1) through (b)(7) and 139.321 (e)(2), Fire Extinguisher Training, Ramp Safety Training, Customer Service Training, and company designed curriculum
  • Know and understand how to communicate via radio with ground control while operating in the AOA
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • High school graduation or GED
  • Experience in FBO services and customer service
  • Detail oriented and ability to perform basic math with accuracy
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Previous Line Service experience preferred
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
